Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to unwind and have a refreshment. We want your time spent with us to be as relaxing as possible. As a courtesy, all appointments are confirmed the day before. Booking & Cancellation Policy ***All guests are required to hold their appointment with a credit card. New clients will be charged in full for services without a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Established clients will be charged a $25 PER SERVICE FEE for cancellation without a 24-hour notice. Changing Room Amenities The day spa has a changing room with private lockers. All guests having body treatments or spa packages will be provided with a robe and slippers. Regretfully, we cannot be responsible for your personal property. You may want to keep valuables with you.
